Innostel airport limousine service

Innostel guest who made reservation for limousine service after paid Innostel reservation.
After completion of Innostel reservation/payment, pickup/sending service reservation can be made on MY PAGE.
(Service reservation not possible through phone or e-mail.)
Confirmation of reservation should be made on MY PAGE of the Innostel homepage.
In case of departure from the country, the time for pickup allocated based on the limousine route shall be informed beforehand via FAX at Innostel where the guest is staying.
  •  Reservations should be made at least three business days (except weekend and Korean public holiday) before check-in date.
    For confirmation, please check the status of limousine reservation on My page 2 days before check-in date. (If, some guests cancel their reservations, and thus, the number of guests using the pickup service becomes smaller than the minimum number of passengers required, the pickup vehicle may not be operated.).
  •  In case of sending service, changes including alteration of meeting time due to road conditions shall be notified in advance through the Innostel where the guest is staying.
  • 1. Greeting at the airport and escort to the limousine bus
  • 2. Additional aiport services (Money exchange, cell phone rental, etc,.)
  • 3. Airport ↔ Innostel, Door to Door Limousine service
  • Gimpo Airport : First pillar from the right part of the arrival gate. (Dunkin Donuts is at the back of the pillar)
  • Incheon International Airport : Please meet at the Airport Information Center located by the Seoul Tourist Bureau between arrival gates "D" and "E".
  • Notes
  • 1. Limousine reservation should be made at least 3 business days (except weekend and Korean public holiday) before check-in date on My page of Innostel website.
    (Reservations by phone or e-mail will not be entertained.)
  • 2. Limousine service shall not be provided if the number of guests who request pickup/sending service at a certain time is less than three.
    (For detailed status of reservation, please refer to ‘Status of reservation for free airport limousine pickup service.)
  • 3. At the time of room reservation at Innostel, the total number of guests should be entered accurately.
    (If the number of guests has not been accurate, accompanying guests may not be able to use the limousine service.)
  • 4. At the time of limousine service reservation, the guest’s information including room reservation number, flight number, flight arrival/departure schedule, and the name(s) of accompanying guest(s) should be entered to allow smooth operation of limousine.
  • 5. If the payment for Innostel room reservation is cancelled after requesting for limousine service (or confirmation of reservation) is made, the limousine service is automatically cancelled.
    (If as a result, the number of guests using the limousine service at a certain time becomes less than the minimum number of passengers required, the limousine operation may be cancelled up to two days before the scheduled service date.)
  • 6. The limousine operation may be delayed or cancelled in case it is impossible to operate the vehicle due to natural disasters (typhoon, heavy rains/snow, etc.). (Please refer to the “Terms of Use”)
  • 7. Limousine operation for sending service may be delayed due to road conditions, and in this case, the estimated arrival time shall be informed to the Innostel.
  • 8. We have baggage limits. (two bags weighing no more than 23kg (50lbs) / a baggage and not exceeding 158cm (sum of height, width and length)). Extra baggage will be charged.
