In order to make a reservation with an Innostel or be eligible for many program benefits, you must sign up as a member on the Innostel website.

If you are already an Innostel member, you can sign in and select any Innostel accommodation.

Find the perfect Innostel for you by searching for a specific area, price or by customer reviews.

After selecting your Innostel, you can reservation book your reservation online. You can also check your reservation again on the My reservation status page.

You can check your reservation.

Your reservation was received and is being processed. It will take 1 business day (approx. 24 hours) until your fully processed. This may take longer in exceptional cases.

The Once we’ve finished processing your reservation, if it’s available, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Be sure to check the status on the website`s My reservation status page and pay the hotel fee by credit card within two days.

We’re sorry, but sometimes the room you requested is not available. Please visit the Innostel website again and try a different hotel.

You’ve decided to cancel your reservation before paying for it. You can apply to cancel your reservation on the website Q&A board located on the My Page. You can also look for answer to your questions there.

Since you’ve paid for your Innostel hotel, you can check into the hotel with your name or reservation number.

  • Cancellations and Changes : You can apply to change or cancel your reservation on My Page after signing
  •                in. You can also look for answers to your questions on this page.
  •                If you cancel your reservation your reservation within 24 hours your arrival date,
  •                your credit card will be charged you 100% of the first night’s rate. Please refer to
  •                the cancellation policy for details.
  • Please leave your questions on the Q&A board. We will phone.
  • If you leave your question after signing into the website, you can check the answer on the website’s [My Page] section.

  • You must pay the hotel fee in full within 2 days of the reservation date.
  • Reservations must be cancelled or changed prior to 12:01AM local time(Korea Standard Time) on the day of your
  •    arrival to avoid being charged 100% of the first night`s rate.
  •    (Please note that, cancellations or changes cannot be made on Sundays or holidays, so please make
  •     resisterchanges a few days before.)
  • ”No-shows” will be charged the total price of the reservation,
  • Additional charges may apply for each additional person in a room.
  • Limousine service will be processed after you complete book your hotel.
  • Please register for the limousine service at least 5 days prior to your check in date.
