Innostel user policies are as follows

This policy outlines the responsibilies, rights and duties of users of the Innostel website which is managed by the Seoul Tourism Organization.

  1. ① "Innostel" or "We" means the virtual business office that can transact business with users to provid goods and services by computers such as correspondences. It also refers to the owner who is managing the cyber mall.
  2. ② "User" means members and nonmembers who use ‘Innostel’ and Innostel servise.
  3. ③ "Member" means an individual who has registered and provided their personal information to the website. Membersship will be offered continuously and members can receive the services "Innostel" provides.
  4. ④ "Non-member" means an individual who has not registered on the Innostel site or received services on the Innostel website.

  1. ① "Innostel" should notify users about its policies, name of business, name of the owner, office address, phone number, e-mail address, and business registration number etc. on the Innostel website homepage. Only the user policies can be provided on a linked page.
  2. ② "Innostel" should receive customer confirmation about important content, such as subscription withdrawal and refund requests before "Innostel" agrees to the user policies.
  3. ③ "Innostel" ccan amend this policy without violating laws about consumer protection restrictions, e-business, electronic signatures, door-to-door sales, etc.
  4. ④ If "Innostel" changes its policies, Innostel should note the date of the revision and an explanation on the Innostel website homepage seven days before it is applied. However, if these clauses are disadvantageous for users, Innostel should note it at least 30 days before it is applied. In this case, Innostel should post the contents clearly and conspicuously.
  5. ⑤ IIn the case that Innostel changes its policies, the second policy will be applied to contracts that are agreed to after the change. For contracts agreed to prior to changes, Innostel will refer to the previous policies. However, the clause will be applied following Innostel’s agreement.
  6. ⑥ SUsers should follow usage clauses that this policy doesn’t define.

  1. ① "Innostel" agrees to do the following:
  2. 1. Provide information about goods and services and provide a sales contract.
  3. 2. Others services, determined at Innostel’s discretion.
  4. ② "Innostel" can change the provided goods and services to provide for the next contract in case of changed or limited services. In such cases, Innostel will provide currently available goods and services.
  5. ③ "Innostel" will immediately notify users of changes to the contents of the goods and services provided.
  6. ④ "Innostel" will pay users for damages caused by athe third clause. However, if Innostel successfully proves that it is not at fault, Innostel will not pay damages.

  1. ① "Innostel" ccan interrupt or discontinue service due to equipment or facility problems.
  2. ② "Innostel" may pay the user or a third party for damages caused by a discontinuance by the first clause. However, if Innostel proves that it isn’t at fault, Innostel will not pay damages. Innostel will notify users if it changes its business type, terminates its business or merges with another business (as described in the eighth clause). In such a situation, Innostel may pay damages to its users. Such damages may be paid in cash or points that can be used for future bookings on the Innostel website.

  1. ① UUsers who sign up on the Innostel website agree to its policies and will provide needed personal information.
  2. ② "Innostel" aaccepts users who comply with the first clause, except the following:
  3. 1. An applicant that has been previously disqualified for membership, excepting persons who obtain special permission from Innostel, or if three years have passed since their disqualification.
  4. 2. An applicant who provides false or omitted information.
  5. 3. In the event that Innostel decides that the applicant cannot be approved.
  6. ③ The membership term will occur until it is terminated by either party.
  7. ④ IIn the event that a member’s personal information changes, the member should immediately inform Innostel of such changes by e-mail.

  1. ① wWhenever members request the termination of their membership, Innostel will immediately process their request. Terminated members, however, are no longer eligible for the service.
  2. ② "Innostel" can deprive or restrict its user’s rights as follows:
  3. 1. In the event of false information provided on the application.
  4. 2. If members don’t pay for purchased goods or services on time.
  5. 3. In the event of an interruption of service on the Innostel website or embezzlement.
  6. 4. In the event of a violation of Innostel policies.
  7. ③ If the aforementioned events occur again within 30 days or on two additional occasions after Innostel has restricted a membership application, Innostel can deny the membership request.
  8. ④ In the event that Innostel denies a membership request, the individual is prohibited from using the Innostel website. In this case, Innostel must inform the member of the policy and provide the member the opportunity to explain the circumstances before having their membership denied.

  1. ① In the case that Innostel wishes to send notices to its members, Innostel may use the e-mail addresses already provided by the members.
  2. ② When Innostel sends information to unspecified persons, Innostel will post the notice on its web board for no less than seven days.

    Users may place an order on the Innostel website by the following ways, and Innostel should provide users with information to assist them in placing their order.

  1. 1. Choose goods or services.
  2. 2. Search and enter your name, address, telephone and e-mail address.
  3. 3. Confirm policies and restrictions of service to withdraw a contract for payment.
  4. 4. Members must indicate they agree to the three above clauses by checking each box (use the mouse).
  5. 5. Confirmation of sales application of goods or services, and a confirmation agreement from Innostel.

  1. ① "Innostel" does not need to accept applications in the following cases:
  2. 1. False or omitted information.
  3. 2. In circumstances that are not in the interests of Innostel.
  4. ② CThe contract will terminate when users receipt acceptance of Innostel.

    Users can pay for any goods and services provided by Innostel. However, Innostel cannot charge users a commission fee for any reason.

  1. 1. Payment by credit card.
  2. 2. Payment by the electron system.

  1. ① "Innostel" nwill notify users if there is an application of sales by users.
  2. ② UUsers can change or cancel their reservation immediately if there is a problem with the confirmed reservation and the user’s intent. If the user makes such a request, Innostel should follow the user’s request without delay. However, users who wish to cancel their reservation after rendering payment should follow the cancellation policies.

  1. ① Users can cancel their reservation or purchase goods or services 1 day prior to their check-in date. Please note, however, we don’t count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  2. ② In the event that users cancel a reservation on the check-in date or less than 24 hours prior to their arrival date, users should pay penalty fees.
  3. ③ "Innostel" should post this information for users on the website in a clear and conspicuous manner.
  4. ④ Users can cancel their reservation within 3 days after receiving goods or services if the goods or services are not the same as indicated in the contract.

  1. ① When users cancel a reservation, Innostel will request the payment company to suspend or cancel payment.

  1. ① Personal information will be collected from users of the Innostel website, in telephone or e-mail communications, surveys, contests or raffles. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information we collect from our users.

  4. 3. E-mail
  5. 4. Additional E-mail
  6. 5. Member ID (if you are a member)
  7. 6. Password (if you are a member)
  8. 7. Sex
  9. 8. Age
  10. ② "Innostel" will not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission.
  11. ③ We will not knowingly disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
  12. 1. In the event that false personal information is provided.
  13. 2. In the event that Innostel needs to pay a bill for contracts of goods and services.
  14. 3. In the event that Innostel needs to confirm a person’s identity in cases of suspected identity theft.
  15. 4. In the event that personal information is needed for regulation of law.
  16. ④ In the event that Innostel needs users’ permission, Innostel should notice regulation and identity of person in charge (nationality, name and phone number).
  17. ⑤ When users must access or revise their personal information that belongs to Innostel, Innostel should take the responsibility to act on behalf of the users. When users request a revision of their personal information, Innostel should not use the user’s current information.
  18. ⑥ "Innostel" takes responsibility for damage to users caused by the loss of personal information by Innostel.
  19. ⑦ Third parties should destroy user information provided by Innostel after the completion of the specified purpose.

  1. ① "Innostel" should not violate the terms of these policies. Innostel should make every effort to provide goods and dependable services.
  2. ② "Innostel" should furnish a security system for the safety of its users.
  3. ③ "Innostel" should take responsibility if users suffer damage because of faulty advertising.
  4. ④ "Innostel" should not distribute users e-mail addresses for advertising purposes.

  1. ① Members should take responsibility for their ID and password in all cases except in the 17th clause.
  2. ② Members cannot let others use their ID and password.
  3. ③ If members realize that their ID and password is being plagiarized by a third party, members must notify Innostel immediately and follow directions provided by Innostel.

    Users cannot do the following:

  1. 1. Enter false information.
  2. 2. Plagiarize another person’s personal information.
  3. 3. Change information on the Innostel website.
  4. 4. Send notices or other information, except for information needed by Innostel.
  5. 5. Infringe on the property rights of Innostel.
  6. 6. Disruptive acts or defame the character of Innostel.
  7. 7. Act or communicate in an obscene or violence way via words, e-mails, video, etc. on the Innostel website.

  1. ① In the event that above Innostel and following Innostel are linked, the former is connected to Innostel (website) and the latter is connected to Innostel (website)
  2. ② Innostel should post a notice on the website’s homepage that Innostel is not responsible for goods or services provided independently.

  1. ① Copyright and intellectual property rights (which "Mall" make out works about) belong to "Mall."
  2. ② Users should not copy, publish, distribute or broadcast information that belongs to Innostel without the written permission of Innostel.
  3. ③ "Innostel" should notify users when Innostel uses information that belongs to users.

  1. ① "Innostel" will address user complaints for compensation, and will work with compensation organizations.
  2. ② "Innostel" will address user complaints initially; however, Innostel will notify users if immedate action is delayed and provide an explanation and an alternate plan
  3. ③ In the event that the user’s damage request pertains to an e-business dispute with Innostel, we will follow grievance mediation procedures set forth by e-business law

  1. ① tThe litigation of an e-business dispute between Innostel and its users will be based on the user’s address, or on an exclusive jurisdiction if no address if provided.
  2. ② lLitigation between Innostel and its users will be adjudicated according to Korean law.

[Supplemental Provisions]
Article 1 (Effective Date)
These provisions shall be effective from September 26, 2009.
